Thursday, October 26th Early arrivals meet in the lobby or under the
umbrellas pool side
Friday, October 27th 9:00 AM. Need a couple of volunteers pick up supplies
for hospitality room.
12:00 P.M. Hospitality Room open
11:00 P.M. Hospitality Room closes
Saturday, October 28th - 10:00 AM. Business Meeting in the Dudley Room for
all shipmates
10:00 A.M. Ladies get together under the umbrellas pool side.
11:00 A.M. - 4:00 P.M. Free time, There maybe an opportunity to visit the
CGC Dilgence 210 if in port, which ties up next door to the hotel.
4:30 P.M. Commence taking portrait picture for Reunion Booklet.
7:00 P.M. Buffet Banquet with cash bar.

A painting of the CGC Rockaway done by one of our shipmates is being
donated to be auctioned off at the Banquet. All proceeds to go to help the
treasury. The painting will remain in the hands of the “Keeper” until such time
he no longer wants it or crosses over the bar. It will then he returned to the
Committee for Re-auction at the next held reunion, If there is no Rockaway
Reunion Committee or Association at such time it will he turned over to the
Coast Guard Museum at the Coast Guard Academy in New London, CT.
